Colorado-based Woody Creek Distillers is the official partner of the National Hockey League’s (NHL) Minnesota Wild team.
The distiller’s new partnership with the Minnesota Wild hockey team will include exposure through in-arena signage, game sponsorship, virtual broadcast signage, and social media features.
Carin Anderson, senior vice president of corporate partnerships and retail for the Minnesota Wild, commented: “We are very excited to partner with an innovative, woman-owned business that is enthusiastic about hockey and aspires to improve the communities it serves. Woody Creek Distillery’s community focus is a perfect match with our goal of creating a greater state of hockey.”
In addition, Woody Creek will sponsor the Women of the North Power Play Event on Tuesday 25 February.
The game between Minnesota and Detroit Red Wings will be kicked off with a pre-game networking event co-hosted by the Thriii Collective.
The pre-game event is included with match tickets, which are now available to purchase on the collective’s website.

Woody Creek Distillers was established in Basalt, Colorado, in 2012 by Mary and Pat Scanlan, and Mark Kleckner.
The distillery produces Bourbon, rye whiskey, gin, and vodka.
In 2023, the distillery partnered with actor William H Macy to create a limited edition 10-year-old bottled-in-bond rye whiskey.
