BOSTON — Canada is still the king of international hockey.
The Canadians defeated the United States 3-2 to win the 4 Nations Face-Off championship game Thursday night at TD Garden.
Canadian forward Connor McDavid scored the winning goal at 8:18 of the overtime period to end an incredible game.
This best-on-best tournament was a massive success and sets the stage for what should be an amazing hockey competition at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy.
