U17s Host Cedar Rapids Roughriders for Three-Game Series – USA Hockey National Team Development Program

USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 35-46-6-3 (W-L-OTL-SOL) record after the Under-18 Team split their final Kroger College Series games with Lindenwood and the Under-17 Team dropped their series with Tri-City. On Friday night, the U17s traveled to Nebraska and fell to the Storm in the final seconds (L, 2-1, Feb. 20). On Saturday night, the U18s defeated the Lindenwood in Missouri (W, 6-3, Feb. 21), and the U17s were defeated by Tri-City (L, 6-0, Feb. 21). The U18s lost the second game of the roadtrip on Sunday (L, 9-4, Feb. 22).
The U17s welcome the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders to USA Hockey Arena for a three-game series Feb. 27-28 and March 1. Puck drop is set for 7:00 p.m. ET on Friday and Saturday, with Sunday’s finale scheduled for 4:00 p.m. ET.
Overall Record: U18: 19-21-1-3 | U17: 16-25-5-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL)
Team USA USHL Record: 10-28-3-2 (W-L-OTL-SOL) with 25 PTS in 43 GP, 8th place in the Eastern Conference
