The Dallas Stars play against the Colorado Avalanche in game 3 of their NHL Playoff series tonight. The matchup will begin at 8:30 p.m. CT on ESPN. This playoff series is currently tied 1-1, as Dallas defeated Colorado 4-3 in overtime in game 2. During the victory, four Dallas players scored a goal: Colin Blackwell, Evgenii Dadonov, Tyler Seguin, and Thomas Harley.
Dallas’s star forward Matt Duchene failed to record a point last game, so he will try to improve his play tonight. Notably, Duchene led the team in points and assists during the regular season.
In order to bounce back tonight, the Avalanche will need to rely on their star player Nathan MacKinnon. He leads the team with three goals in the postseason, and he was able to find the back of the net last game. With this in mind, MacKinnon will try to continue his offensive success this evening.
