September is coming to a close, and October begins this week, as the first month of local high school fall sports begins to wrap things up. And in the Bayside Conference, that means the importance of each game only increases.
As teams begin to compete for spots in the Bayside title game, as well as regional playoff standings, they’ll start to face the fiercest rivals more often, with increased stakes. And this week will see some of the Bayside South’s top teams go toe-to-toe with tough opponents as the end of the regular season approaches.
