Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attend an NHL ice hockey game in CanadaPrince Harry and Meghan Markle made a surprise appearance over the weekend as they attended an  ice hockey game in Canada, where they travelled to for the seventh Invictus Games.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were snapped at an NHL ice hockey match between the Vancouver Canucks and the Toronto Maple Leafs at Rogers Arena in Vancouver.
Meghan looked chic as she recycled a black coat with red lapels from 2018, a black turtleneck top, black jeans and heeled boots.
Harry looked equally dapper in a long black coat with a grey jumper, white t-shirt underneath which he paired with jeans and Chelsea boots.
The duke was seen walking onto the ice rink, where he dropped the ceremonial first puck with members of the Canadian Invictus team.

In a video posted on social media by the Vancouver Canucks, the Sussex couple were also seen greeting players backstage.
It came hours after Prince Harry‘s powerful speech at the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games, which had a star-studded line-up of performers, including Nelly Furtado, Coldplay’s Chris Martin and Katy Perry.
Speaking in front of 40,000 people, Prince Harry condemned “weak moral character in the world” before he thanked the veterans in what was viewed as a swipe at Mr Trump following his comments on Meghan Markle.
Harry said: “At this moment when there is no shortage of crises, no absence of uncertainty, no lack of weak moral character in the world, the values you embody—the way you carry yourselves—not only at the Invictus Games, but each and every day… your courage, your resilience, your humanity… illuminate a path forward for us all. And for that, we thank you.”
