Menswear designer Todd Snyder is putting his spin on classic hockey merch just in time for the 2025 NHL playoffs, and the resulting collection offers some seriously stylish pieces that would work as well for the sports bar or arena as it does for the office (I.e. you’ll actually want to wear these items even when you’re not watching the game).
Snyder teamed up with merch and collectibles site Fanatics for the launch, officially dubbed the Todd Snyder by Fanatics for NHL Collection. The famed American designer adds a touch of luxury — and a pop of prep — to T-shirts, hoodies and sweaters that bear the logo of some of the league’s most popular teams. Snyder stays true to some of the team logos, while reworking other motifs in retro-inspired designs.
In a press release, Fanatics say the limited-edition collection “redefines what it means to wear fan gear. Designed for sophisticated fans who seek both luxury and team pride, the collection takes classic fan apparel and elevates it into chic, timeless wardrobe staples.”
“Hockey is a sport I’ve always loved to watch, and I’ve always admired how it has some of the most stylish and tailored players in sports,” offers Snyder, who adds that the collaboration is “a natural extension of my love for blurring the lines between luxury and sport. Together, we’re creating fan gear that feels just as at home on the runway as it does in the arena.”
Here’s a look at some of the best pieces from the Todd Snyder NHL collection. Sizing is available from small to 2XL but you’ll want to hurry, as many styles are already selling out. You can see the full offerings here.
