Folks, hockey season is around the corner.
Penn State women’s hockey released its 2025-26 schedule on Wednesday. The Nittany Lions will play at Pegula Ice Arena 15 times and kick off their regular season schedule with two straight games against St. Lawrence on Thursday, September 25, and the following day.

After its opening series against St. Lawrence, Penn State will take on Vermont for a two-game road series on October 3-4. A week later, head coach Jeff Kampersal’s group will continue its road trip when it takes on Delaware, which is playing its first season in the AHA conference, for a two-game series on October 10-11 to kick off conference play.
The Nittany Lions will return to Pegula Ice Arena on October 17 for back-to-back two-game series where they will take on conference foes Mercyhurst and Lindenwood. After playing Robert Morris on the road, they will get two weeks of rest before taking on Syracuse at home on November 14-15. They will play back-to-back road series against RIT and Northeastern to close out the first half of the season.
Penn State will get a month of rest before starting the second half of its season with a home game against Cornell on Tuesday, December 30. It will start the year of 2026 with a road series against Ohio State on January 2-3. This series will mark the beginning of a four-series road trip from Friday, January 2, to Tuesday, January 20. The blue and white will travel to Mercyhurst, Syracuse, and Cornell during this stretch.
The Nittany Lions will return home for back-to-back series against Delaware and Robert Morris before traveling to Lindenwood on Friday, February 6, for their final conference road series. They will close out their regular season at home against RIT on February 13-14 before kicking off postseason play on February 20. They will look to win their fourth straight AHA Championship after winning it last year against Mercyhurst.
