We open up NHL predictions with our featured game between the Stars and the Oilers. Dallas is expected to start Jake Oettinger in goal for this important game. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. The Stars are 6-2-2 in the last 10 games and winners of the last two games. Matt Duchene has registered 27 goals and 44 assists for Dallas.
For Edmonton, Stuart Skinner is the projected starter in this rematch of the Western Conference Final. The Oilers are 6-3-1 in the last 10 games and won the last time out. Edmonton is solid at home with a  22-11-3 record at Rogers Place. Defenceman Evan Bouchard has 13 goals and 42 assists for the Oilers.
Edmonton is strong at home, but not having two important players will hurt them.

Predictions: Stars win 4-2.

Our second and final game of NHL predictions has the Boston Bruins visiting the Anaheim Ducks. Boston is likely to start Jeremy Swayman in goal for this game as the Bruins try to stop the bleeding with a six-game losing streak heading into this one. Boston is 2-7-1 in the last 10 games and sinking like a stone in the race of one of the wild card spots in the Eastern Conference standings. Morgan Geekie has been one of the bright spots with 25 goals and 14 assists for Boston.
The Ducks are expected to start Lukas Dostal in the blue paint for this game. Anaheim is coming off a loss and has a 3-6-1 mark in the last 10 games. The Ducks are still somewhat hanging around in the West, but time and points are running out. Frank Vatrano has recorded 20 goals and 21 assists for Anaheim.
It’s hard to tell which team will get in the win column, but Boston finds a way to win an ugly game.
Prediction: Bruins win 2-1.
We round out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s start off with our featured game with some of our preferred prop bets. For the Stars, take Roope Hintz to get an assist in this game. On the Edmonton side, go with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins to score a goal.
In the other game, go with the under between the Ducks and the Bruins. The over/under number is at 5.5, but both teams have times where they struggle to score.
