The NCAA Division I field hockey semifinals will take place Friday, Nov. 21 on the campus of Duke University at Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium in Durham, North Carolina.
In a battle of Ivy League powers, Princeton and Harvard will go head-to-head in the first semifinal game (12 p.m. ET, ESPNU). Either Harvard or Princeton has won every Ivy League championship since 2004. Harvard won the regular-season matchup against Princeton, 3-1. The Tigers avenged that loss in the Ivy League tournament, 2-1.
Defending champion Northwestern faces off against North Carolina in the second semifinal (2:30 p.m. ET, ESPNU). The two programs have played in the NCAA Tournament in four of the past five years. The Tar Heels are 2-1 with two wins in a row in the previous three matches.
The 2025 championship match is Sunday, Nov. 23 at 1 p.m. ET (ESPU).
