MacKinnon Opened Scoring 56 Seconds Into Game Against Sweden
In front of a raucous Bell Centre crowd in Montreal, it took less than a minute for Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon to score the first-ever goal at the 4 Nations Face-Off.
Just 12 seconds into Canada’s power play, MacKinnon scored with a shot from the bottom of the right circle set up by a no-look, backhand feed from fellow Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia, native Sidney Crosby.
