Forward disciplined for unsportsmanlike conduct against Sabres

NEW YORK — Florida Panthers forward Brad Marchand has been fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for his actions during NHL Game No. 76 in Buffalo on Saturday, Oct. 18, the National Hockey League’s Department of Player Safety announced today.
The money goes to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund
