The Utah Hockey Club have five games remaining in the 2024-25 NHL season and currently sit nine points out of the final wild card spot.
With their playoff hopes looking nearly impossible, Utah has to make the most of their final five games.
Utah's Remaining Schedule:
Tuesday, April 8: vs. Seattle Kraken
Thursday, April 10: vs. Nashville Predators
Saturday, April 12: vs. Dallas Stars
Monday, April 14: vs. Nashville Predators
Tuesday, April 15: vs. St. Louis Blues
Clinching a playoff berth at this point is a complete long shot, especially with just five games left. Utah would need to win all five to collect the maximum 10 points.
Even if they do that, they’d still need the Minnesota Wild, Calgary Flames, and Vancouver Canucks to lose the rest of their remaining games for Utah to have a chance at sneaking in.
