Kings: The Kings’ co-leading goal-scorer, forward Alex Laferriere, skated in his 100th career NHL game on last Saturday against the Red Wings, becoming the 28th different skater, and third U.S.-born, from the 2020 NHL Draft to appear in 100 career games. Laferriere also became the 19th different Harvard Hockey alum to reach such mark. Laferriere enters tonight with a co-team leading nine goals and sits third on the team in points with 15 (9-6=15). Of his nine goals, eight have come at even-strength. The eight even strength goals ranks eighth in the NHL.
Sabres: JJ Peterka, who enters Wednesday’s game riding a six-game point streak (3-5=8). Peterka has had success against the Kings having notched six points (4-2=6) in just three career games and is a +7.
