Murray will guard the road goal versus the Capitals on Tuesday, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.
Murray is set for his Kraken debut. The 31-year-old has been battling with Philipp Grubauer for backup duties, but Joey Daccord’s strong play early on has left little playing time for the other two goalies on the Seattle roster. The Capitals are a tough foe, having scored 17 goals while going 4-2-0 to start the season.
