Members of the hockey community are coming together to help those impacted by the devastating wildfires in California.
The Los Angeles Kings and NHL will hold the Skate for LA Strong celebrity hockey event on Sunday in order to raise money for the LA Fire Relief Fund. All tickets for the event are being distributed to victims of the fires and their families, as well as firefighters and first responders.

Skate for LA Strong will feature four teams of 13 players competing in a single-elimination format. Several talented hockey players and celebrities are expected to make appearances, plus special musical guests that have not yet been revealed.

Skate for LA Strong will air on ESPN2 and truTV. Hockey fans can also stream the event on ESPN+.

Skate for LA Strong is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. ET (3 p.m. local time) on Sunday, Feb. 23. The event will be held at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
