A champion will be crowned at the Ohio high school hockey championships this weekend.
The semifinals will take place on Saturday, March 8, with the championship game following on Sunday, March 9. All three games will be played at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
Three of the No. 1 seeds — Upper Arlington, Toledo St. Frances de Sales and Cleveland St. Ignatius — emerged from their respective regional brackets unscathed. Mentor, a No. 3 seed, took down the top two seeds in its bracket to secure a semifinal appearance.
