No. 4 Michigan State hockey goes for another weekend sweep of a top five opponent on Friday night.
The Spartans picked up an impressive 4-3 road win over No. 2 Wisconsin on Thursday night, and on Friday they’ll look to do the same to move further up the Big Ten standings. With a win in regulation on Friday, Michigan State would be move past the Badgers for second place in the conference.
Michigan State comes into Friday night’s matchup with Wisconsin with an overall record of 16-5-0 and 7-4-0 mark in Big Ten play. Wisconsin sits at 15-4-2 overall and 8-3-0 in Big Ten play following the loss on Thursday.
