This coming Sunday night, when you head down to the PMC to support the Lumber Kings, be sure to wear purple in honour of Hockey Fights Cancer.
Launched in 1998 by the NHL and NHLPA, Hockey Fights Cancer was the first national cause program initiated by a major sports league. Since then, it has raised more than $44 million, uniting players, teams, and fans to support individuals and families affected by cancer.
The Lumber Kings will take on the Cornwall Colts at the PMC, with puck drop at 7:00 p.m.
Come out to cheer on the Lumber Kings and support cancer research!
