Former UMD men’s hockey captain Dominic James scores first NHL goal – WDIO.com


A former UMD Bulldog is enjoying some early success in the NHL, as former Bulldog captain Dominic James had a career night on Thursday night.
James not only tallied his first NHL point with an assist to Gage Goncalves, but he then scored his first career NHL goal in the second period to tie the game up at 2-2.
James didn’t stop there he registered a third career point in the third period as well, all helping lead to a 6-3 win for the Lightning.
