GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich,. (WPBN/WGTU) — This weekend firefighters and police officers will compete in an annual charity hockey game.
This is the 12th Guns N' Hoses hockey game.
Guns N Hoses is a nonprofit organization that selects an individual or family in need to benefit.

In 12 years, the nonprofit has raised more than $300,000 for families in the area.
This year's proceeds are benefiting an individual who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.
"Jake Townsend. Jake was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma back last fall. He has gone through treatment down at the University of Michigan. He had successful surgery in January. Still going through treatment and will still for quite awhile," said Guns N Hoses Board President Tony Posey.
You can gather at Centre Ice Arena this Saturday, February 22 to catch the game.
You can purchase tickets online.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the puck drops at 7:00 p.m.
