Ryan Hayes, the second all-time leading scorer in Danvers High hockey history, will be one of more than 60 former players taking part in the team’s Alumni Game on Saturday, Dec. 21 at the Essex Sports Center.
Many former Danvers High hockey greats from yesteryear have committed to play in the team’s Alumni Game next Saturday.
Those fortunate to have worn the Blue-and-White sweater with the Falcons’ crest have been some of the most famous players in North Shore boys high school hockey history.
Danvers High has produced some legendary players and teams over the last 60-plus years, including a pair of Division 2 state champions in 1994 and 2001. The pride in the program runs deep through generations of Oniontowners who put on the blades and played for their beloved hometown school.
