The Columbus Blue Jackets have selected Licking Heights student Braelyn Hunt as a Hockey Fights Cancer Hero, according to a community announcement.
Braelyn, an eighth grader and brain tumor survivor, was recognized for her strength and determination during a recent Blue Jackets home game and on the team’s social media channels.
Braelynhas been playing soccer since she was 3 and basketball since age 5. When she is not on the court or the field, she enjoys spending time with friends.
