"Buddy the Elf" was sighted at a hockey game Sunday.
According to The New York Post, Will Ferrell, 57, attended an NHL match between the LA Kings and the Philadelphia Flyers at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Photos captured at the event appear to show Ferrell having a smoke and a drink at the game. The publication reported that it is unclear why Ferrell attended the game dressed as Buddy.
The "Anchorman" star was seen with his wife of 24 years, Viveca, and their son, 14-year-old Axel. The couple also shares two other sons, 20-year-old Magnus and 18-year-old Mattias.

"Elf" first debuted in 2003, quickly becoming a major success. The film is regarded by many as a Christmas classic.
Ferrell revealed in 2021 that he rejected a $29 million offer to star in an 'Elf' sequel, per The Post.
“I would have had to promote the movie from an honest place, which would’ve been, like, ‘Oh no, it’s not good. I just couldn’t turn down that much money,’” Ferrell told The Hollywood Reporter. “And I thought, ‘Can I actually say those words? I don’t think I can, so I guess I can’t do the movie.’”
