Braden Boblick led the Bears with two goals, including one in the second and another in the third. Quinn McDonald also scored for Hershey.
But it was Blake Umberger who netted the golden goal at the 7:44 mark in the final frame.
Travis Tingler scored twice for Dallastown, while Drew Walker added one.
