I’m not sure what to read into Wedgie starting over Blackie. It’s not like Blackwood has been overused. Perhaps the lingering injury as one of the reasons why he wasn’t very sharp against Nashville? Or, just the normal rotation of goaltenders.
Wedgewood is rusty too. Not knowing what either of their injuries were, it may just be easing both of them back into it.
It’s not confirmed Wedgewood is starting. It’s just my guess. No morning skate so no confirmation until warm ups begin
