CLK JROTC plans to honor Major Michael Farley before Saturday’s hockey game – The Keweenaw Report

Unfortunate weather conditions kept the JROTC from kicking off a Copper Kings hockey game in January and kept the students from honoring their longtime program leader Major Michael Farley for his dedication to student education, citizenship and creating a unique experience to start every hockey game since 1999.
Tomorrow evening, the JROTC plans to hold a special color guard ceremony that will honor Major Farley’s service to the student citizenry program over 28 years. The CLK Copper Kings will then play Negaunee High School. The game will begin at 5 p.m.
