U18s Set for CHL-USA Prospects Challenge; U17s Gear Up for Three-Game USHL Week – USA Hockey National Team Development Program

USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 12-22-5-1 (W-L-OTL-SOL) record after the Under-18 Team fell to #6 North Dakota and the Under-17 Team dropped their weekend games. On Friday night, the U18s traveled to Grand Forks, North Dakota and were defeated by the Fighting Hawks (L, 6-1, Nov. 21) and the U17s lost to Madison (L, 5-3, Nov. 21).  On Saturday night, the  U17s fell to the Capitols at USA Hockey Arena (L, 8-0, Nov. 22).
The U18s hit the road this week for a pair of matchups against the top draft-eligible players in the CHL. They open the trip on Tuesday, Nov. 25, in Calgary at the Scotiabank Saddledome, followed by a Wednesday, Nov. 26, showdown in Lethbridge at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena. Both games are set for 8:07 p.m. ET.
The U17s return home Wednesday, Nov. 26, to host the USHL-leading Muskegon Lumberjacks at USA Hockey Arena, with puck drop at 7 p.m. ET. They then head west for a weekend series in Sioux Falls, facing the Stampede on Friday, Nov. 28, at 4:05 p.m. ET, before a Saturday matchup on Nov. 29 at 7:05 p.m. ET.
