The NHL season continues to roll on as teams are trying to make an early statement and on Thursday, Oct. 16, the Boston Bruins look to make a statement as they open a three-game road trip against the Vegas Golden Knights at the T-Mobile Center in Las Vegas.
This NHL game is scheduled to start at 10 p.m. EDT and will be broadcast on NESN and ESPN+. The Bruins are coming off their first loss of the season in a 4-3 contest with the Tampa Bay Lightning on Monday. After going down 2-0 in the first, Boston tried to fight back in the second, scoring three goals, but two of those came after they were down 4-1. Casey Mittelstadt, Jordan Harris and Morgan Geekie were the three goal scorers for the Bruins, with Harris getting his first of the season while Mittelstadt and Geekie netted their second goals of this young campaign.
Now the team opens a stretch of three games in four nights, all away from home, with a back-to-back against the Colorado Avalanche and Utah Mammoth awaiting this weekend.
