Vernon (5-3-1) led 3-1 at halftime before Hackettstown (5-4-1) scored two goals in the second half to tie the game and send it to overtime.
Olsen, who scored to tie the game in the fourth quarter, netted the game-winner for Hackettstown off a feed from Kylie Kaminski.
Ava Castner and Naisha Hosangadi each scored a goal for Hackettstown. Kourtney Lynch recorded an assist.
Madigan VanBlarcom tallied two goals for Vernon. Samantha Janus scored a goal while Teagan Ressler had one assist.
Katie Tunnington made eight saves for Hackettstown while Alexis Inoa made five saves for Vernon.
