Michigan State hockey to play Boston University on national television this year – Spartans Wire

Michigan State hockey is set to play a nationally televised game this upcoming season.
It was announced on Friday, that the Spartans will play Boston University on ESPNU on October 17. This is the first of a two-game marquee non-conference series at Boston University this upcoming season.
The game is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. ET.
Both Michigan State and Boston University will come into this season with national championship aspirations. The Spartans and Terriers are both considered preseason top five teams by a number of preseason polls I’ve came across in the last few days, so this will surely be a massive early season matchup.
Michigan State hockey officially starts the season on October 9 against New Hampshire from Munn Ice Arena. That game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. ET.
