GETTYSBURG — Connection between teammates both on and off the pitch is crucial, and it’s a main facet of Gettysburg field hockey head coach Lydia Westre-Stith’s overall philosophy.
“I think a lot of our success is the result of our teamwork. That’s the heart of my coaching is teamwork and connection off the field,” Westre-Stith said. “You can’t have the connection on the field if everyone isn’t meshing.”
