This fall, the community will come together for a special charity hockey game in memory of Jamie Bramburger, whose passion and support left a lasting mark on the Pembroke Lumber Kings, Algonquin College, and the Ottawa Valley.
The game will take place on Saturday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. at the Pembroke Memorial Centre, featuring the Pembroke Lumber Kings Alumni facing off against the Algonquin College teachers and staff.
Adding to the excitement, the lineup will include former Boston Bruin and Pembroke Lumber Kings alumnus PJ Stock who will lace up alongside the alumni team, while former Ottawa Senator Marc Methot will join the college bench.
Proceeds from the game will support two causes, the Jamie Bramburger Memorial Fund and The Grind Pembroke, helping carry forward Jamie’s legacy of giving back to the community.
Tickets will be $15 for general admission, $10 for students, and free for children 12 and under.
Further details are expected to be released next week including ticket purchasing options so be sure to keep checking www.pembrokeobserver.com.
