NHL Announces Start Time Changes to Lightning 2025-26 Schedule – The Hockey News


On Wednesday, the NHL announced a number of start time changes, which included six adjustments to the Lightning’s 2025-26 schedule.
10/23 vs. CHI – 6:45 p.m. (Previously at 7 p.m.)
11/20 vs. EDM – 7:30 p.m. (Previously at 7 p.m.)
11/28 @ DET – 12 p.m. (Previously at 1 p.m.)
1/1 @ LAK – 4 p.m. (Previously at 7:30 p.m.)
2/3 vs. BUF – 7:30 p.m. (Previously at 7 p.m.)
2/5 vs. FLA – 7:30 p.m. (Previously at 7 p.m.)
The Bolts will start the season at home when they face the Ottawa Senators on October 9 at Benchmark International Arena. Two nights later, they’ll host New Jersey before heading out on a four-game road-trip to Boston, Washington, Detroit and Columbus.
The busiest month for the Lightning will come in March, when they play 16 games over 29 days, including a season-high eight at Benchmark International Arena, the most home games they will have in any single month.
The team’s longest road trip will span five games from January 10–18.
On February 1, the Lightning will take on the Boston Bruins for the 2026 NHL Stadium Series at Raymond James Stadium, which is set to be broadcast on ESPN.
