2026 Winter Olympics men's hockey schedule, rosters and how to watch – USA Today

Finland will start defense of its 2022 Olympic gold medal on Wednesday, Feb. 11, and the team will look drastically different.
Not because four years have passed but because NHL players are returning to the Winter Olympics for the first time since 2014.
Finland’s team will include stars like Mikko Rantanen and Sebastian Aho, and only one European league player, Mikko Lehtonen, a holdover from 2022.
Canada and the USA are bringing over most of the players from their star-studded rosters from the 4 Nations tournament. Even teams with fewer NHL players will have standouts like Leon Draisaitl (Germany), David Pastrnak (Czechia) and Nikolaj Ehlers (Denmark).
The tournament opens on Feb. 11 and ends on Feb. 22 with the gold medal game. Canada won the last two Olympics featuring NHL players (2010 and 2014) and also the 4 Nations Face-Off. Here’s a look at how to watch Winter Olympics men’s hockey, the full schedule and all 12 Olympic rosters.
The U.S. men’s hockey team’s games will be shown live on USA Network, as will other games. Olympic men’s hockey can also be streamed on Peacock.
