The Panthers have been rock solid between the pipes with 35-year-old Russian Sergei Bobrovsky in the crease. The goalie has a 2.20 GAA and 0.908 save percentage through 17 games. If you like the Panthers to win, Bobrovsky is a Conn Smythe bet to consider at +400.

Florida made quick work of the Tampa Bay Lightning in the opening series. Maurice’s squad dispatched the opposition in five games, and held on to defeat the Bruins in six games. The Panthers were up 3-0, then allowed the Bruins to creep back into the series momentarily.
The Panthers are fourth in the league in scoring through the NHL Playoffs. They’ve averaged 3.24 goals per game in 17 games. Defensively, Florida ranks third in the playoffs, with 2.29 goals against per contest!
The Oilers are four wins away from being the first Canadian team to win the Stanley Cup since the Montreal Canadiens in 1993! Multiple teams from the country have reached the Stanley Cup Final since then without success. In 2006, the Oilers lost to the Carolina Panthers in a thrilling seven-game series.

McDavid recorded 34 goals and 72 assists for 106 points in the regular season. Through 18 games in the postseason, the star is already up to five goals and 26 assists for 31 points! McDavid leads the Oilers in points, while Leon Draisaitl has been a major contributor.
The German star has scored 10 goals and 18 assists. Including Evan Bouchard, three Oilers have produced at least 27 points in the playoffs. That’s not even mentioning leading goalscorer Zach Hyman’s 14 goals!
A lot is talked about regarding the Panthers’ terrific depth, but the Oilers have a deep roster of their own. If Stuart Skinner can stay in strong form, the team will be in great shape. Skinner has a 2.50 GAA and 0.897 save percentage.

The Oilers have faced adversity on their trip to the Stanley Cup Final. After handling the LA Kings in five games, they needed to dig deep to send the Canucks home.
Edmonton dispatched the Canucks on the road in Vancouver for a 3-2 win. They were down in the series before emerging victorious in Game 6 and Game 7. The Oilers didn’t need a Game 7 against the Dallas Stars, as they finished the Western Conference Final in Game 6 at home.

Heading into the Stanley Cup Final, the Oilers are second in the postseason in goal scoring. They’ve averaged 3.5 goals per game, with the Colorado Avalanche the only team to score more. Their power player has been lights out, with a 37.3% success rate!
The defense has been in good form recently after a shaky display against the Canucks. Overall, the Oilers have yielded 2.61 goals per game, but just 2.33 versus the Stars.

This series features the most penalized team up against the best power play throughout the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Affording the Oilers’ dangerous power play unit opportunities is not how to win. The Oilers’ penalty kill has been outstanding, too, not allowing a power-play goal in two of three series.
